This is a very dishonest hotel. I booked the room and paid for it through 訂房網站,com but the front desk staff asked me to pay for the room during check-ins,I said I had already paid online, he said he didn't receive it, and I had to pay again. After that, I reported this repeated charge to 訂房網站, and 訂房網站 checked with the hotel, but the hotel has not replied so far. This kind of dishonest hotel must let everyone know to avoid being fooled

Location of the hotel was very good, close to Rental Natales (for outdoor gears) and good restaurants. Good for a one night stay before heading into the park.

The hotel is among the best during my 訂房網站. The layout has a Norwegian feel to it, very practical and efficient. The staff here is truly a gem, very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. It's so comfortable that I will definitely choose to stay here again. The downside is the lack of lifts, but the staff will offer help to carry the luggage.

This is a very dishonest hotel.
